Function of Gasket:
Tightening two united surfaces of parts in order to avoid leakage. There are 2 kinds of Gasket:

• Paper Gasket. Gasket made of special paper that has a certain power to prevent leakage.
• Liquid Gasket. Liquid Gasket made of high quality Oxyme Silicone.

• Environmentally friendly since it is made of non-asbestos materials. Has a very high power, thus possessing quick form adjusting power (Excellent Torque Retention).
• Excellent heat-resistant. Has excellent heat-resistant power, which is able to withstand up to 300°C and put up with all grade of oil, all kinds of additive and fluctuation of engine temperature.
• Does not cause rust.
• Anti-Stick. Honda Gasket does not leave any strong gasket residue when removed.
• High Pressure Strength. Good material quality ensures the prevention of leakage between the two surfaces due to high or excessive pressure of combustion chamber.
• Chemical Resistance. The material quality is not easily damaged due to exposure to chemical substances in the vehicle engine (such as oil, radiator water, gasoline, and lubricant additives).

Life Span of Honda Gasket:
Under normal usage, the seal ability life span is up to 5 years/10,000km.
